DocuTools provides free online document processing tools including but not limited to:

• Photo Tools: Passport photo maker, CV photo creator, background removal
• Career Tools: Resume builder with ATS optimization, ATS resume checker
• Media Tools: Video frame extraction, image to GIF conversion
• Document Signing: PDF signature tool

The Service is available to users of all ages, as we do not collect personal information. However:

• Users under 16 should have parental or guardian consent to use the Service
• Users must have the legal right to process the documents they work with
• Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Process documents containing illegal content or for illegal purposes
• Create fraudulent documents, fake IDs, or forged signatures
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding are owned by DocuTools and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of any files and documents you process using our tools. We make no claim to your content. Since all processing happens locally in your browser, we never have access to your files.

Open Source Components

Our Service may include open-source software components. These components are subject to their respective licenses. A list of open-source components and their licenses is available upon request.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DOCUTOOLS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Damage to your computer, mobile device, or other equipment
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services

Because our Service is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to $0 (zero dollars).
